Australia Robotic Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Goods must be unused and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.
An item may have free shipping however, there is a shipping cost incurred, this charge will be assessed as per the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au.
A restocking charge may apply and is assessed on a case by case basis, normally it is 30%
If you are returning an item because you believe it is incorrect or faulty and we find it is the correct part or tested the part and found it was not faulty a 1 hour labour charge may apply.
Australia Robotic offers a repair service, here is the link to it Repair Service if you are self diagnosing an issue with your machine, we do not take the parts back if it did not fix your problem.
We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
If your item arrives damaged, missing parts or is incorrect, we need to be contacted with in 5 days, we will need a picture of the shipping box and complete picture of the damaged part.
Refurbished units are used and will have some signs of use, they are not new and this is reflected in the price. If you receive a Refubished unit and it does not meet your expectaions you can return it as long as it unused. We can supply a return label at a cost of $35, or you can post it yourself. All postage costs are non refundable.
Please note, Paypal has changed is policy and will not refund fees anymore, this means 2% will not be refunded on returns, this does not apply to credit card payments or bank deposit.
There is no refund on special order items. This is refers to items customers have requested we source for them and are generally not listed on the website.
