30 – Day Trial Periods

Domestic robotics can be a new concept to many people and may not be familiar with what they can do. So we are offering a 30 day trial period on some robots.

At the moment we are offering the following;

• 30 Day trial period on selected robot lawn mowers (please read details below)
• 30 Day trial period on selected robots (please read details below)
• Please note, Paypal has changed is policy and will not refund fees anymore, this means 2% will not be refunded on returns, this does not apply to credit card payments or bank deposit.

Australia Robotic 30 Day Trial Period on Robotic Lawn Mowers

Australia robotic is offering a 30 day trial on selected robotic lawn mowers. After trying a robotic lawn mower for a period of 30 days and you decide it is not for you, we will take it back and give a full refund of the price of the mower.

Terms and Conditions

1. If you request a return, Australia Robotic will email a pre paid return label.
2. Your are responsible for return shipping and insurance cost to Australia Robotic in Coomera 4209 Queensland. Unless otherwise stated in the listing.
3. The trial period starts from the date delivered.
4. The item must be returned in the original packaging, there is a $85 charge for the perimeter wire and pegs if used.
5. The mower must be undamaged; of course reasonable wear and tear is acceptable.
6. The mower must be returned in a clean condition, a cleaning fee of $55 may apply if the unit needs cleaning. We don’t expect it to be spotless, but if no effort is put into cleaning it, the fee will apply.
7. Returned mowers must be delivered back to Australia Robotic within 40 days after the original shipping date, if this is not possible a 2.5% fee may be charged if payment was through PayPal/Credit card. (This is the time limit we have to get a refund on PayPal/Credit card fee’s)
8. This offer is only available on mowers purchased through the website, auto-robot.com.au.
9. The money back guarantee only applies to new robotic lawn mowers and iRobot units, not demo, ex display or used models or accessories.
10. This offer does not apply to units bought as a package or discount, examples would be coupon code or Roomba 880+AR-520 package or Roomba 880+Scooba 450 package and multiple units.
11. Refund applies to the unit only, not extras, extended warranties or accessories.
12. Customers are limited to one returned product.
13. This offer not available on pick-up items.
14. Trial period does not apply to units bought on payment plans.
15. Trial period does not apply to units used commercially.
16. Extended warranty can be purchased 30 days after original purchase date.
17. In the case an item had shipping included or free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be calculated using the Australia Post website calculator, Regular Parcel Post with signature on delivery and insurance, www.auspost.com.au.
