What’s included:

• The repair service charge includes postage to us and the quote to repair is included.
•  A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed be sure to check your spam bulk email folder. Just pack it up and drop off at the post office. Please be sure to print the full label that has you name and address.
• Diagnose and quote for repair of the robot
• If you do not go ahead with the repair or no fault is found and want the unit returned there is a $85 charge plus return postage.
• We do not repair Scooba 380 390 450 and Braava M6
• If your pet has had an accident in the house and the robot has run over it, we do not repair it, do not sent it in.
• We do not take drop offs.

Please note, repair service shipments have a $100 Australia Post insurance, after repair and when posted back the postal insurance will be reliant to the value of the unit.
